Our Head Chef Jean Marc has spent most of his time in France and is classically trained French chef. With his touch of French cuisine and traditional English dishes, Jean Marc’s food is outstanding and a must try. His all-time favourite off our menu is : SLOW COOKED ROLLED DORSET SHOULDER OF LAMB Jerusalem Artichoke Puree, Tomato, Flageolet Beans and Garlic Bread.

From our West Country steaks to our daily delivered market fresh fish, we offer a mix of modern and classic cuisine which includes our Dingley Dell roast pork served on a Sunday to our Young’s traditional beer battered fish and chips.

And not forgetting our brunch menu Sunday lunch at the Bridge Hotel is a must - we are very busy so booking is essential to get the best seat! Bookings can be made from midday - feel free to book online or give us a call to book the best table.

The kitchen is open from 11:00 until 15:00 then reopens 18:00 to 22:00 on Monday - Saturday and 12:00 to 9pm on Sundays.
