Our Head Chef Jean Marc has spent most of his time in France and is classically trained French chef. With his touch of French cuisine and traditional English dishes, Jean Marc’s food is outstanding and a must try. His all-time favourite off our menu is : SLOW COOKED PORK BELLY with apple and burnt onion puree, sautee potato, purple sprouting broccoli, gravy.

From our West Country steaks to our daily delivered market fresh fish, we offer a mix of modern and classic cuisine which includes our Dingley Dell roast pork served on a Sunday to our Young’s traditional beer battered fish and chips.

Sunday lunch at the Bridge Hotel is a must with family and friends. Not only do we offer amazing Bloody Mary's that will go great with one of our fantastic Sunday Roast like 21 day aged sirloin of beef, succulent Dingley Dell Pork Belly, or lemon & thyme Roasted Chicken. We also offer a two course set menu lunch for £14.95.
